My hands-on experience in the industry, I havent just studied or learned about the different aspects of operating a Health Club, I have lived them for years.

My dedication to what I do. I am driven to succeed and will not stop until everything is perfect.

Always be your own best advocate because no one else is going to do it for you.

For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what one big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Be flexible. You can have the best laid plans and then things can come along that you never would have thought of, just look at where we are in 2020 and how that has affected health clubs. Learn how to adapt and be flexible when things do arise so that even if it takes you by surprise, it doesnt take you out of the game completely.

In todays fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

I subscribe to a few different health and fitness magazines and I have my favorite health and fitness influencers that I follow on social media.

What is your Why? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

I get up because I am a passionate person and I want to help others succeed so I love being able to do that with my consulting business.

In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

To be a great leader, you should know how to work with a wide variety of personalities, not just the ones that are like your own.

It is a pleasure to work with all of my clients and they are all very important to me which is why I treat them all like VIPs!

Technology can bring health and fitness into the home in all sorts of ways which can help people get healthy and enrich their lives.

You dont need to be perfect, just be better than you were yesterday.

I start my day with a balanced breakfast and some light yoga and meditation.
