Sridevi Aiyaswamy is the founder and CEO of Sri Aiyaswamy Solutions, a company that offers a customized app and web porting services. Sridevi has been in the tech world for over 2 decades and has been quite successful. Back in 1995, she co-founded Ravel Software, and as its VP for sales, she grew the company’s sales by over 60% in under 15 months. She achieved this by planning and implementing an aggressive marketing campaign that also anchored the company’s growth for years. Her biggest career stint was at Strataserv, where she worked for 13 years between the years 2000 and 2013. At Strataserv, she helped the company enter new growth markets mainly in the fields of mobile apps and cloud computing, and saw the company record exponential revenue growth. Essentially, Sridevi has left a mark in every company where she has lent her skills. Her success comes from her passion for tech and a desire to continually learn new skills. Sridevi holds a BE in Engineering from B.M.S College of Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from San Jose State University. She has over the years improved her skills and is now proficient in strategic marketing, program management, mobile applications, and cloud data management. Besides work, Sridevi is a charitable person and has for the last 5 years been a volunteer at Leave-a-Trail, a program that helps children with special needs.

Sri Aiyaswamy Solutions is a customized apps and web porting solutions business. We are still a young company but our client-base is growing fast.
Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?
By always offering services that meet and exceed their expectations. Customer service comes first at my company.
Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?
There are lots of companies that offer the same services as my company. What separates my company from them is soft skills. Besides delivering the service, I strive to establish a connection with the client and understand their vision.
Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?
I invest in the right talent. Having the right people has pushed my business to the level where it is today.
Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?
Have a passion for what you do. Entrepreneurship is not easy, and if you are not passionate, you will most likely quit.
Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what one big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging.
As long as you are doing everything right, just hang in there. Businesses are cyclical and it’s only those who persevere that succeed in the long run.
Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?
I am always meeting people from the tech industry and other industries. From these interactions, I can tell the direction that market trends are moving.

To serve my clients in the best way possible.

You need strong organizing skills to bring diverse talents together and make the most of them.

They are the reason the business exists.

It can solve problems that were hitherto thought to be insurmountable.

I work out early in the morning to energize the day.
