Pavel, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day for this interview about your company, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

1. Pavel, please tell us about LogoBee.What is the elevator pitch and one thing that makes LogoBee great?

LogoBee was established in 2000 as a custom logo design firm by professional logo designers and until this day is being run by designers. LogoBee only employs in-house designers. This makes LogoBee highly results driven in quality of the design rather than focusing on a money value and optimizing. Many design companies had long switched to outsourcing and crowd-sourcing business model which makes it hard to control the quality of work as there is no real management on who is producing the designs and where they come from. It could be a copy or even a recycled work, and you are not guaranteed a professional design. At LogoBee you are always guaranteed that the work comes from highly experienced professional in-house designers.

2. Please tell us what is the key to being a great entrepreneur?

Being great for us means giving away the best work and service we can. This model has proven to work for us as we experience a very high business return success rate.

3. What is the best advice can you give to a young entrepreneur just starting out with a new venture?

When we started LogoBee business we loved what we do and still love it. Coming to work and doing what you love is the biggest motivator and business driver. Consider what your talent is and how much you love it and you can achieve a great success.

4. What is the one thing that you, as a person, want to be known for?

This is a very highly philosophical question; each individual finds it`s unique purpose in life. Be it work, family, politics, or science. I love my family and work. After designing thousands of brands worldwide, I hope one of them will inspire future generation of designers.

5. When building a business, what is the one most important thing to keep in mind at all times?

When we started LogoBee business we loved what we do and still love it. Coming to work and doing what you love is the biggest motivator and business driver. Consider what your talent is and how much you love it and you can achieve a great success.

6. When hiring employees, what is the one most important thing you look for?

As mentioned above we always look for talent. This is number one priority for hiring a new employee.

7. What is your “Why”? Why do you get up in the morning?

When we started LogoBee business we loved what we do and still love it. Coming to work and doing what you love is the biggest motivator and business driver. Consider what your talent is and how much you love it and you can achieve a great success.

8. What is the one thing that makes a great company?

There is never a one thing that makes one company great. It is a combination of multiple characteristics. Having a good product, service. Being successful in marketing and business development. Employees and good management team… These are just a few aspects of a great business requirements.

9. What is the one thing that makes a great leader?

I would say being adaptive and ability to learn new things is one of the most important characteristics I value in a leader.
