Let’s start by telling us about your business.

At the Law Offices, I am the Principal Lawyer. I have worked with businesses and Universities, providing all sorts of legal counsel on issues ranging from intellectual property to commercial real estate, international law, Federal law, contracts drafting, commercial Law, software, IT & technology and privacy law, to name a few.

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

I have a natural ability to work with my clients and understand their business needs while also building a strong working relationship that will produce a long-lasting client.

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition?

Not only have I studied at some of the most prestigious Law Schools in the world, I have also studied and represented numerous areas of law. I believe my inimitable experience will set me apart.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what is the one major key to your company’s success?

My love of studying clients’ issues and problems, while at the same time being a friendly, listening ear, and my drive to serve clients joyfully, while achieving cost-effective, workable and practical solutions are key elements to my success.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Hire a good lawyer to help you draw up solid contracts or other important work documents. It will be worth the money to get great legal advice from the beginning and you can also start to form good working relationships with your vendors, customers, employees, and partners, with expectations set up front. Seeking legal counsel is going to be a more regular part of a prosperous business than most realize. Prevention is better than cure and “preventative law” (seeking legal advice to prevent anything bad from happening) is better than “reactive law” (i.e., seeking legal help after you get in trouble).

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what one big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Keep the best records you can from day one. When times get challenging you will have all of those records to reflect on and see where you can make changes that may help you stay afloat.

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

I consult several news sources daily as well as world news sources to make sure that I am getting a broad, unbiased look at what is going on in the world. I also ensure I actively engage in continuing education and seminars, that are relevant to my practice of law and my clients’ businesses.

Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

I get up in the morning so that I can see what new adventures are awaiting me that day.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

In order to be a great leader, one should lead by example both in word and deed, in public and behind closed doors.

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

I am grateful for every client I work with and I always treat it as a working relationship that has the potential to last a long time.

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology can make the world a better place by bringing new information to people, allowing them to broaden their thinking thus becoming a better, more self-aware person.

Q: In one sentence, tell us something positive to motivate our readers?

If you replace the phrase “I cannot” with “I can learn”, you will open up many new possibilities for yourself.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

I love to start my day by having breakfast with my wife while we go over our schedules for the day.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you handle rejection and setback?

It is best to learn from rejection and setback, if you do, you have triumphed over it and will be more successful because of it.

Q: In one sentence, describe what your hiring philosophy is?

When hiring, I look for individuals that will work well on a team and also on their own.

Q: In one sentence, describe how you keep your sanity in a competitive business environment?

I like to compete against myself, that way instead of producing stress, it produces growth.
