Six Senses is a hospitality company founded in its passion for wellness, community and sustainability with resorts and hotels in inspiring destinations around the world. Hospitality is never just about a place to stay – we offer our guests places, spaces and resources to discover what it means to be mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally happy. Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

We invite our guests to explore new things about themselves the environment, their health, their relationships and the world around them. We strive to inspire and educate, in a fun and playful way. Six Senses guests become fans because we make them feel better about themselves, their lives and their place in the world.

We walk the talk. We’re deeply committed to our pillars of wellness, sustainability, connection and community. It’s not just lip service for us – we live it ourselves and strive to integrate our pillars in every facet of our business.

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Follow your heart, be brave, don’t accept no and don’t make important decisions after an evening with cocktails. Wait 24 hours.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Look for your difference, do your homework. Develop your distinct narrative, take calculated risk, think big and believe in yourself.

Read a lot, listen well, talk to peers, and your friends regularly.
