I have multiple businesses. I have learned to take dirt and turn it into homes and commercial and industrial buildings.

Q: Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

I am one of the only woman builders/owners. I walk houses multiple times before handing them over to the homeowners so they’re exactly the way I want them to be.

Q: Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition.

I am a woman, and I build for the woman.

Q: And to finish this section, please tell us what the one major key to your company’s success is?

Q: For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

Don’t quit.

Q: For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

The hard times only last for a little bit.

Q: In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

I don’t let the haters get in my head. I keep my eye on the prize and finish everything I start.

Q: What is your “Why”? In one sentence, why do you get up in the morning?

For my kids.

Q: In one sentence, what is the most important thing one has to do to be a great leader?

Strength.

Q: In one sentence, describe how important your customers are to your business?

My hope is that my homeowners continue to buy my products all the way until they’re ready to retire. They are very important.

Q: In one sentence, describe a positive way that technology can make the world a better place?

Technology and these QR codes are great for busy home buyers so they can look at multiple products from the comfort of their own home.

Work hard, save your money and don’t give up.

Q: In one sentence, tell us how you start your day to get ready?

Every morning I start with a hot shower and set my intentions for the day. I try to stretch my body before I leave the house.

Like water rolls off my back. A person will reject you and in another moment a person will accept you.

I don’t follow a rulebook, shoot from the hip.

I keep a lot of women around me.
