I’M NOT A BARISTA (Wyoming, US) is proud to introduce MOMENTEM, the world’s first dual-burr, multi-step hand grinder. This brand new grinder is launching on August 1st of 2022! We invite you to celebrate the release of MOMENTEM on Indiegogo with us, your favorite coffeeholics.
The MOMENTEM grinder is pushing the envelope in regard to the coffee and hand grinding industry, and we are excited to share our project with the coffee community.

WHERE DID IT ALL BEGIN?

After baristas discovered multi-step grinding yielded different and fruitful results in cup profiles, the harder question came into play: how can we incorporate multi-step grinding into our daily coffee-making routine without it taking more time and energy?
Although professional baristas and coffee champions have been experimenting with this two-step process for years, this arduous task seemed to be impractical in the long run… That is until MOMENTEM came along.

THE RESULT

MOMENTEM was designed for coffee professionals and home brewers who are looking for something that has: more innovation, more functionality, more community. Therefore, I’M NOT A BARISTA incorporated two burrs. The first burr is designed to cut coffee beans into coarse pieces. These pieces then travel to the second burr set, which then grinds the bits to the target grind size. Both burr sets are fully adjustable, giving brewers complete control over their grinding experience. MOMENTEM’s ergonomic design also includes a magnetic catch-cup and built-in sifter, making you the master of your coffee grounds.
