Passion and hunger for constant innovation has steered the foundation of Copods. Our brand identity ‘COPODS’ truly stands for our services partnership model. Over the past 18 years we have mastered the science and art of shaping a balanced software product experience, blending design and engineering in relevant proportions for evolving an experience that is PRACTICAL – i.e. desirable for end-users, feasible for technology, and viable for the business.

Our proven software product experience design and development methodology orchestrates creativity, engineering and planning in a short amount of time, that results in a deep insight and understanding of a strategy, and a ‘BALANCED EXPERIENCE ENGINEERED’ product.

Furthermore, we have carefully handpicked a fraternity of passionate and trustworthy individuals who are fully committed to the vision and culture of Copods.

6. How do you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

We serve as an extended arm of our customer teams and not as external vendors. In doing so, adapting to our customers culture of working, being empathetic to their business vision and challenges, as well as delivering high quality and practical outcomes, are primary levers for Copods in nurturing lasting relationships with customers and making them our advocates.

7. In today’s fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

Networking with people and habitual reading, are the primary sources of knowledge for being apprised about the industry happenings.

8. What is your “Why”? Why do you get up in the morning, and how do you keep yourself at peak performance to lead Copods?

The constant urge to get to work and spend quality time with the team and industry discussing, ‘whats new in technology?’, ‘whats changing in human behaviour and why?’, and collaborating with like-minded folks for shaping great software product brands and experiencing ideas come to life, is fulfilling.

9. Can you recommend a book that had an influence in your career? How did it influence you?

Insanely Simple’ articulates firsthand observations of Steve Jobs most powerful business weapon i.e. simplicity, and another book ‘Think Simple: How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity’, is a fantastic compilation of real world experiences on how the power of ’Simplicity’ has transformed several companies around the globe. Demystifying complexity by leveraging the power of ’simplicity’ is an integral aspect of how i have been shaping useable and loveable software product experiences, and it has influenced my interactions with people, as well as my way of living.

10. What makes a great leader?

In any company, the brands credibility and its culture is a direct reflection of their leadership and the team, and it’s extremely important to ‘lead by example’ for yourself and your team. The ability to build and foster a team of believers and not merely followers is an important trait of a leader. If you believe in what you do, the probability of success is much higher.
